ClubPlaces exists because we lived the chaos ourselves. Sunday evening admin sessions, WhatsApp groups full of "who's paid?", spreadsheets that nobody trusts. We built something better.

The story

We've been in your shoes

ClubPlaces wasn't dreamt up in a boardroom. It was born out of years of volunteering at real community clubs — swimming galas, football training sessions, village hall events.

We know what it's like to spend your Sunday evenings chasing subs by text message, maintaining spreadsheets that only one person understands, and fielding WhatsApp messages asking "is training on this week?" for the fourth time.

We looked at the existing tools and found the same problem everywhere: they were either built for professional sports organisations with full-time staff and big budgets, or they cheap but so basic they barely saved you any time. Small community clubs were an afterthought.

So we built ClubPlaces — the platform we wished existed when we were the ones volunteering. No corporate jargon. No complicated setup. Just the tools your club actually needs, built by people who understand your world.
